The opportunity 

The Trade Analytics, Manager partners with the Sr. Director, Trade Operations & Analytics to support trade operations for assigned clients through analytics, reporting, and process improvement. This role develops dashboards and analytical tools, translates complex trade data into actionable insights for internal and client stakeholders, and leads data-driven initiatives that improve operational performance and business outcomes.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Develop and enhance analytical tools, models, and dashboards that support trade operations initiatives.
  • Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis for planning cycles, quarterly close, and business needs.
  • Provide stakeholders with timely insights on distribution performance, including shipping, returns, inventory, sales, and chargebacks.
  • Track and report key operational metrics to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability using tools such as Microsoft Power Query and Power BI.
  • Conduct data research and analysis for client engagements and internal Two Labs initiatives.
  • Serve as the technical and data liaison among Two Labs, clients, 3PLs, and data aggregators, including support for aggregator selection and implementation.
  • Lead data projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Provide backup support for trade operations by monitoring wholesale product levels to anticipate issues, prevent stockouts, and improve service levels.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in pharma, operations, analytics, or related fields
  • Background in analytical roles with strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions
  • Preferred to have experience with pharmaceutical Trade data (EDI transaction sets including 844/850/852/867, etc.) and broad knowledge of 3PL and Data Aggregator systems
  • Proven ability to develop and enhance operational processes for efficiency
  • Strong data analysis skills to guide decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
  • Adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented in changing environments
  • Passion for strategic thinking, cross-functional work, managing priorities, and understanding market trends

 

Knowledge, skills and Abilities

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry data analytics and insights
  • Experience with analytical tools is required to organize and present information in an accessible format that highlights trends and key findings.
  • Demonstrate leadership aptitude through project management with the ability to think strategically and set direction for products and services.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain concepts and data visualization tools

Salary range: 105-125,000 USD
