The opportunity 

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain all forms of documentation for our software products, including user manuals, training materials, product guides, knowledge base articles, and more. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to capture complex information and present it in a clear, user-friendly way. This role offers the chance to shape how users understand and interact with our products while driving improvements in documentation practices.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

• Develop system requirement documents and technical specification documents that support company policies.
• Research, write, and format user documentation according to approved styles and standards.
• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for optimal reader comprehension.
• Proofread and review documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop procedures and processes to document all aspects of product use and implementation.
• Monitor usage and effectiveness of documentation and implement continual improvements based on feedback.
• Coordinate with teams and subject-matter experts to ensure complex topics are accurately addressed.
• Review and copyedit content developed by other teams prior to internal or external publication.
• Align content delivery with product timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

• 3+ years of technical documentation experience, preferably in SaaS or software development.
• Proficient with XML and other documentation creation tools.
• Strong knowledge of documentation standards and software development lifecycle.
• Experience writing manuals, guides, and procedure documents for diverse audiences.
• Skilled in creating visuals, diagrams, and collaborating with engineers to improve user experience.
• C1-level written English essential for crafting accurate and professional technical content.
