The opportunity
The Technical Support Specialist I provides basic technical support for proprietary software products. Technical Support Specialist I follows documentation, completes SQL scripts using templates, understands basic configuration of proprietary software, interprets log information and analyses UI data within the database.
This role is designed as the entry point into the Technology division, with the goal of developing staff into higher level roles. This role works under close supervision.
