The opportunity 

The Technical Project Manager role will own end-to-end delivery of transformative enterprise programs, internal and external projects across Envision Pharma Group.

Managing cross functional teams to ensure key deliverables and milestones are achieved. Providing portfolio level visibility of projects, programs and initiatives. Bringing governance, structure and predictability to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for internal and external customers. With attention to detail, the technical project manager is capable of understanding the business context and also the technical aspects. Bridging the gap between business and technology. The successful candidate will strive for continuous improvement and have a passion for driving positive change in organizations.

Role responsibilities  

  • Delivery Leadership & Execution - Lead and be accountable for the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are actively managed and controlled. 
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management - Facilitate alignment across business and technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, constraints, and trade‑offs. 
  • Governance & Portfolio Oversight - Operate governance mechanisms that enable transparent decision making, portfolio prioritization, and value realization. 
  • Planning, Requirements & Scope Management - Facilitate the definition of clear requirements, scope boundaries, and dependencies to ensure shared understanding of the ‘What' and the ‘Why'. Ensuring the value of each requirement e.g. cost savings, time efficiency, quality benefits are defined. 
  • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management - Maintain proactive risk, issue, and dependency management practices, including escalation and contingency planning. Ensure this is visible and stakeholders contribute and that all items are proactively managed. 
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead cross functional teams through influence rather than authority, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance delivery. 
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement - Champion continuous improvement by embedding learnings, optimizing delivery processes, and promoting best practices.
  • Technology Awareness & Innovation - Partner with business stakeholders, architects and engineering leads to evaluate emerging technologies and promote modern delivery tools and practices.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise  

  • Degree in a technical field required; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise SaaS and CRM platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years' technical project management experience, with a focus on SaaS platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva.
  • Familiarity with data management, system integration, and analytics technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of data science methodologies, statistical analysis, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Fivetran, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong process documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
