The opportunity

We are looking for a Service Desk Technician II to join our team and provide advanced IT support to our global employees. In this role, you will resolve complex technical issues, act as an escalation point for Service Desk Technician I staff, and help ensure employees remain productive through efficient and high-quality IT support. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and contributing to continuous improvements within a collaborative, globally connected team.

This is a hybrid opportunity from our Subotica, Serbia office.

Role responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, software applications, and basic network connectivity.
  • Investigate recurring technical issues, identify root causes, and contribute to long-term solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to colleagues as required. 
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of end-user platforms, systems, and IT services.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure incidents, service requests, and resolutions are documented accurately in accordance with ticketing standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service desk processes, automation, and service quality.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking issues.
  • Understanding of IT support processes, incident management, and escalation practices.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, team-based environment.
  • B2-level English proficiency required.
