The opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, growth-oriented Senior Global HR Business Partner.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Global HR Business Partnering, this role will work closely with business leaders and the wider HR team to shape and execute people strategies that enable performance, growth, and transformation across our Global network. This is a highly visible and influential position, ideal for an HR professional who brings strong commercial acumen, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is motivated to play a key role in building a modern, high-impact HR function.

This role can be based in either Szeged or Budapest, with an expectation to spend time in the office to support collaboration and business partnership.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Act as a trusted advisor providing hands-on HR partnership and guidance to senior leaders and people leaders.
  • Support execution of the people agenda across performance enablement, engagement, organization updates and change initiatives.
  • Lead employee relations activity end-to-end, managing cases independently and escalating complex or high-risk issues as appropriate.
  • Deliver key elements supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and talent activities.
  • Lead execution workstream for Talent Management priorities and processes.
  • Work collaboratively across the HR ecosystem (HRBPs, Talent Management, HR Operations, Total Rewards, HR Technology, TA, and Communications) to ensure aligned, seamless delivery of people initiatives.
  • Identify emerging risks, trends, and insights within the business and escalate where appropriate.
  • Navigate and support a multi-country, distributed workforce, ensuring alignment with local employment practices in partnership with HR Operations and Legal.
  • Champion Envision's values, Excellence, People, and Growth, embedding them into everyday behaviours, decisions, and people practices.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Lead & coach HR directs to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

  • Proven HR experience (typically 5+ years) within an HR Business Partner or Generalist capacity, with a track record of supporting business performance through effective people solutions.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced, growing, and matrixed environment, with the ability to navigate complexity and competing priorities.
  • Exposure to private equity–backed organisations strongly preferred, with an understanding of pace, transformation, and value creation levers.
  • Experience supporting global or geographically distributed teams, with an appreciation for cultural nuance and local market considerations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into pragmatic, high-impact HR interventions.
  • Solid grounding across core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
  • Confident using HR data, systems, and insights to inform decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence and challenge constructively at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders through ambiguity, change, and organisational growth.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters with a balanced, risk-aware, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient, with a continuous learning mindset and a desire to grow within a global HRBP career path.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to developing others, including mentoring or supporting more junior HR colleagues.
