The opportunity 

The Senior Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and governing enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Agents and Power Apps. This role focuses on enabling scalable, secure, and maintainable business automation while partnering closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain complex automation workflows using predominantly Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps and Copilot Agents.
• Design, develop, and maintain bespoke business applications using Power Apps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Optimize and refactor existing automations for performance and reliability.
• Establish and enforce best practice Power Platform governance & standards
• Partner with security and compliance teams to meet governance requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise citizen developers.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SysOps, and Security teams to align automation with IT standards.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on automation delivery.
• Demonstrated enterprise experience with Power Platform or other automation tools.
• Microsoft Qualifications are advantageous.
• Advanced expertise in Power Automate (cloud and desktop), Logic Apps and Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of M365 services, connectors, APIs, and Dataverse.
• Understanding and experience with Copilot Agents.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and supportable automation solutions.
