The opportunity 

Our Government Programs Consulting team partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers across the United States, supporting critical pricing, compliance, analytics, and strategic initiatives that help clients navigate an increasingly complex environment.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, identifying patterns, and turning insights into action. Whether your experience comes from analytics, consulting, research, healthcare, technology, life sciences, or a data-focused environment, we are looking for curious minds who are eager to learn and grow.

You do not need deep Government Programs experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical capability, technical aptitude, and the desire to build expertise within a collaborative consulting environment.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

As a Senior Analyst, you will help deliver insights and solutions that support our clients across a range of Government Programs and pricing initiatives.

• Interpret, analyse, and identify trends within large datasets to support client projects and business decisions
• Support analytical activities related to Government Programs pricing, compliance, and strategic initiatives
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to solve complex client challenges
• Assist with automation activities and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support implementation projects, including gathering business requirements and documenting solutions
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and client-ready materials
• Assess the impact of methodology, process, or data changes
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders
• Manage priorities effectively while working across multiple projects and deadlines
• Continuously develop knowledge of Government Programs and industry requirements

Skills & expertise 

We recognise great talent comes from different backgrounds and experiences. You may be an early-career professional, recent graduate with strong technical exposure, or someone with a few years of analytical experience looking to take the next step.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, technical projects, research, analytics, or problem solving
• Exposure to SQL, Python, data modelling, coding, or analytical tools is highly desirable
• Ability to interpret information, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from data
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing priorities independently

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
