The opportunity 

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled products that serve our AI-Enablement strategy and other EPG business units. You will work closely with leadership, design, engineering and data science to lead product development from ideation to release. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that influences AI-enablement product direction and business impact.

We deliver predictions, suggestions, and explanations to empower life sciences executives and operational teams in complex decision-making to drive the right drug to the right patient with humanized and understandable AI outputs. We are fostering a new generation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions implemented at top Pharma companies. 

This position is remote in Hungary/Serbia and hybrid in UK (Cambridge)/Netherlands (Leiden).

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities   

• Own and drive the entire AI-enablement product lifecycle from vision and strategy to execution and delivery. 

• Translate business objectives into a cohesive product roadmap aligned with overall organizational goals. 

• Partner with stakeholders and AI Enablement Lead to define product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks. 

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with customer needs and market trends. 

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and guide AI-enablement product strategy. 

• Lead product discovery and validation efforts, including stakeholder interviews, user feedback, and iteration. 

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver impactful, scalable, and innovative solutions. 

• Work with customer success, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption. 

• Define, track, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to inform decision-making and measure success. 

• Champion product excellence and continuously raise the bar on product quality and user experience. 

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Required skills & expertise 

• Relevant experience as a Senior AI Product Manager in a B2B SaaS, pharma or technology-driven environment. 

• Demonstrated experience owning a product from concept to delivery, including managing roadmaps and backlogs. 

• Proven leadership in cross-functional product teams, including engineering, design, data science, and commercial. 

• Strong analytical, operational, and communication skills with a track record of shipping high-quality products. 

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies, concepts, and product applications. 

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). 

• Ability to synthesize complex technical requirements into clear and actionable product features. 

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning or AI-driven products. 

• Experience working with Pharmaceutical or Biotech companies. 

• Exposure to user research or UX design principles.
