The opportunity
As a Senior Account Manager specializing in publications, you will lead the charge in managing and growing our client accounts within the publications and medcomms domain. Your role will be crucial in overseeing the full spectrum of project management and client service, ensuring that each project is delivered with the highest quality, on time, and within budget. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and working closely with internal teams to bring complex projects to fruition.

Role responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of publications and medcomms projects, including the planning, execution, and delivery of scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations. Ensure that projects align with client objectives and adhere to industry standards and guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including medical writers, editors, and project managers, to coordinate efforts and deliver high-quality publications. Mentor and support junior team members as needed to enhance team performance.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and that financial targets are met. Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth within client accounts.
Business Development: Play a pivotal role in expanding business within your assigned accounts. Identify new opportunities for growth and contribute to proposals and presentations that drive business development efforts.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Oversee the review and approval processes to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our publications.
