The role works closely with Business Analytics & Insights Services (BAIS) on enterprise data, analytics and reporting. Recognized both within and outside the organization as a thought leader in revenue operations, the role recommends operational strategies and plans with direct impact on commercial results, influences business decisions made by executive leadership, and resolves problems that are complex and multi-dimensional.

Commercial Performance & Insights

·       Define the commercial KPI framework and performance measures required to operate the business.

·       Translate commercial priorities into reporting requirements and partner with BAIS on executive dashboards and standardized reporting.
