The opportunity

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to make an impact? As a Program Coordinator at EPG, you will play a key role in supporting client accounts within our dynamic business. Guided by our talented account team members, you will provide administrative, organisational and project management support to contribute to the successful delivery of client projects.

We support both remote and hybrid working options from our UK, Hungary and Serbia offices. 

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

  • Support efficient, compliant and high-quality project delivery to assigned clients.
  • Apply knowledge of and ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, compliance requirements and project lifecycle requirements.
  • Support preparation of project timelines and maintain tracking systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to monitor progress and identify project delivery issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Prepare materials for submission to client systems or other external platforms.
  • Apply proprietary platforms and client specific tools (e.g. Datavision, Clear, Zinc, Veeva Vault etc.) as required. Undertake tasks such as data entry, auditing and reporting, dependent on client requirements.
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal team and external stakeholders, responding proactively to queries and requests.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas and meeting notes, and follow up actions as appropriate.
  • Undertake information retrieval and evaluation relevant to client requirements, via online or other sources.

Do you have what we are looking for?

  • Demonstrated project administration/coordination experience is required.
  • Preferably some prior experience in a medical communications or similar agency environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive, proactive, and problem-solving approach.
  • High level of attention to detail.
