The opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager based in our Szeged, Hungary office. Working as part of our Facilities & Operations department and the overarching Finance function, as the Office Manager, you will focus on Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Site and Information Security and Sustainability & Compliance.

Working closely with the EPG core functions, you will support on-site, hybrid and remote team members affiliated to, and the management of, the Szeged office.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for the Szeged team and visitors, managing front of house duties.
  • Maintain optimal in-office environment/facilities, office supplies and equipment including ad-hoc management of relationships with landlord, building management, vendors and contractors.
  • Track office expenses and manage the budget for the Szeged office.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO27001, Health & Safety, and Fire Safety standards, representing the office during audits and maintaining accurate safety records.
  • Promote a safe work environment through risk assessments, training, and support for both on-site and remote staff, aiming to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Support the on-site team with planning, logistics and organisation of meetings and events. 
  • Research and organise travel for the Executive Leadership Team, providing necessary itineraries as required.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all affiliated team members.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination related role is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken, is essential for this role. Basic Serbian language skills would be a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Awareness of local Health and Safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to assist with invoicing, budgeting and procurement of necessary equipment/supplies
  • Highly approachable and professional, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and adapt for changing priorities.
