The opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager based in our Subotica, Serbia office. Working closely with the EPG core functions, you will support on-site, hybrid and remote team members affiliated to, and the management of, the Subotica office.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate IT equipment and setup for new starters, lead office orientations and introductions, and support HR with onboarding compliance.  
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, vendor relations, and supply management to maintain an efficient and well-equipped workplace. 
  • Workplace Safety & Health (OSH): Ensure compliance with Serbian OSH regulations, maintaining accurate records and policies. Lead safety trainings, drills, and hygiene initiatives to uphold a safe workplace.  
  • Communication & Employee Well-being Initiatives: Facilitate internal events and team-building initiatives, including employee well-being programs to promote a positive and engaged workplace culture. 
  • Sustainability & ESG: Support the ESG team in developing sustainability and energy strategies, and coordinate activities such as charity events and environmental programs, while engaging employees in ESG initiatives. 
  • Financial & Administrative: Manage office insurances and compliance, process invoices and payments in line with Serbian law, and support Finance by tracking expenses and overseeing the office budget. 
  • Other Duties: Provide executive support and assist with special projects as needed to enhance business operations. 

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

  • 3+ years' experience in office, operations or facilities management.  
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent in English and Serbian (Hungarian is an advantage). 
  • Category B driving license 
  • Familiarity with Serbian labour and health & safety laws is an advantage. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail.  
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
