The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time (21 hours per week) Office Administrator based in our Leiden, Netherlands office. Working as part of our Facilities & Operations department and the overarching Finance function, as the Office Administrator, you will focus on Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Site and Information Security and Sustainability & Compliance.
Working closely with our OKRA team other EPG core functions, you will support on-site, hybrid and remote team members affiliated to, and the management of the Leiden office. The ideal candidate will be approachable, friendly, dynamic, and energetic with a can-do attitude who enjoys working as part of a multi-cultural, global team. As the Office Administrator you will be the bridge between the Leiden office and the wider EPG teams.
