The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, Strategic Consulting, for Envision Pharma, Inc.  *May work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

As part of the Strategic Consulting team, the Manger, Strategic Consulting, will focus on providing research and analytical support to the client teams and will be responsible for structuring and managing an entire project, conducting tasks as an individual contributor as the project requires, guiding team members to effectively conduct tasks and contribute to project deliverables, and serving as the point-of-contact for client communications. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (as directed by the Project Lead) for all client communications.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the project team to plan client projects, including development of project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the project team to devise the most efficient methods of accomplishing work.
  • Develop primary and/or secondary research strategies as required by the client project.
  • Conduct and manage primary and/or secondary research in collaboration with the project team.
  • Analyze data gathered, organize and document findings, and succinctly communicate findings.
  • Develop strategic frameworks to prepare recommendations that address client needs.
  • Perform project management responsibilities, including task delegation, timeline management, tracking of deliverable progress, and communication of project status to the client.
  • Manage a diverse range of consulting projects (e.g. organizational operations improvement to product-specific projects).
  • Effectively manage and develop junior team members (i.e., Junior Analysts, Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants).
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead to support identification of new business development opportunities (most likely follow-on projects, or expansion within existing clients).
  • Support additional revenue generation activities (i.e., develop proposals, participate in pitch presentations, draft SOWs, develop project case studies at the end of each engagement) at the direction of the Project Lead.
  • Supervise junior team members in the following areas: task delegation, quality of deliverables and timelines.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health or other closely related field of study; plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the offered position or other closely related positions.
  • In lieu of the primary job requirements, employer is willing to accept Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the listed field; plus 2 years (24 months) of experience.
  • Experiences may be concurrent. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, experience and/or training to satisfy the minimum requirements for the position.

At EPG, the provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors like your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation package designed to reward and support our people.
