Role responsibilities

Responsible for completion of client work in accordance with established budgets, workplans, quality standards, and timeframes
Lead client meetings
Support the development of GP Methodologies in conjunction with the client and their legal counsel
Coach, develop, and supervise the efforts of managers and analysts, including providing advice, feedback and guidance on work performance
Manage team capacity, identify and communicate resource risks
Develop and/or review Department Operating Procedures updating procedures impacted by changes in regulations, process or technology
Prepare analysis, presentations, and assessment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Identify and address client needs:
Build relationships with clients and act as a subject matter expert by demonstrating advanced subject matter expertise in GP programs (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Veteran's Administration);
Exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations;
Anticipate and communicate project risks
Contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members throughout Riparian
Stay up to date on legislation related to government pricing and industry trends as it relates to drug commercialization to provide consultation to clients; such trends include but are not limited to supply chain and distribution, managed care, retail and specialty pharmacy, and commercial contracting.
Assist in MSBPO system development and upgrades
Feature development
User testing and feedback
Communicating necessary system changes based on changes in regulations or guidance.
Assist Managing Director or Vice President with determination of effort for potential new client engagements'
Other duties as assigned.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/ Finance, Business Administration or Technology related field with a minimum of 8+ years of Life Science managed services or pharmaceutical industry experience in GP showing progression/promotion.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Experience working with large data sets or proficiency with data tools such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel is required

· Experience working with data analytical or data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is preferred

· Expertise working with GP software solutions

· Deep understanding of life sciences contracting in the US, including Managed Care contracts, GPO contracts and Government Programs is preferred

· Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team of managers analysts and client engagement managers

· Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences in a professional business environment

· Possess advanced analytical skills and the ability to synthesize their findings

· Ability to select and use appropriate tools for the job and perform technical research as required in delivering solutions to clients.

· High accuracy rate and attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize concurrent client and company responsibilities

· Effective management of multiple client assignments, from planning through completion

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
