The opportunity 

We're looking for a Gross-to-Net Consultant to join our team where you'll be responsible for analyzing financial data and creating financial models to assess client profitability. Your insights will help drive strategic business decisions, improve financial performance, and support budgeting and planning efforts. You'll also prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

This opportunity sits within Riparian, a business unit under our Commercial division that supports pharmaceutical clients with services such as finance training, gross-to-net analysis, and advanced commercial analytics.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

• Projecting segment and brand level forecasts.
• Assistance with establishing accrual rates.
• Analyzing actuals versus projections/accrued amounts and identifying the root cause for differences.
• Assisting with Gross to Net Forecast modeling and accrual projections.
• Assessing and quantifying the financial impact of methodology and/or data changes.
• Interpreting and analyzing large datasets to develop analytics / solutions to support business needs.
• Preparing analysis, presentations, and assessment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Assist with interpretation of commercial agreements and the U.S. Government Programs, such as Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare, Veterans Affairs, Public Health Services and their impact on GTN.
• Keep abreast of industry trends.
• Foster strong relationships with client personnel and internal engagement team members.
• Identify efficiencies within the team to further streamline future engagement delivery.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise   

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/ Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Technology related field.
• 2+ years finance, gross to net and/or data analysis and modeling experience within the Life Science industry.
• Experience in life science revenue management including gross-to-net modeling and ASC 606.
• Experience in Gross-to-net forecasting
• Strong experience working with large data sets or proficiency with data tools such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel.
• Knowledge in Breakaway, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or data analytics tools desired, but not required.

Salary range: $66,160 - $86,008

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
