The opportunity

We're looking for a Global Payroll Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, temporary contract through to the end of 2026. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on U.S. payroll experience who enjoys a varied role combining payroll administration, employee support and coordination.

You'll play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our U.S. payroll, providing first-line support to employees, coordinating payroll inputs and helping to ensure information is accurate and received on time. You'll also have the opportunity to support international payroll activities, including UK payroll, as well as wider payroll administration and reporting.

Please note: this is a temporary position and the contract will run until the end of 2026.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the shared payroll inbox, triaging and responding to employee queries and escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
  • Coordinate and follow up on outstanding timesheets and other payroll inputs to ensure U.S. payroll processing remains on schedule.
  • Provide first-line (Tier 1) support for payroll queries, resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex matters as needed.
  • Maintain accurate payroll data and support day-to-day payroll administration within ADP Workforce Now.
  • Assist with the registration of new state and local payroll tax jurisdictions as the company expands into new locations.
  • Support the coordination and administration of UK and other international payrolls, helping to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Assist with pension-related queries for international employees, including auto-enrollment and contribution discrepancies.
  • Support payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and coordinate follow-up actions where required.
  • Assist with payroll audits, reporting and other ad hoc payroll activities.
  • Support the 401(k) audit by preparing and providing requested payroll reports.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, external payroll providers and tax authorities, including HMRC, as required.
  • Help identify and resolve payroll issues, escalating appropriately and supporting practical solutions.
