At Envision, we believe in creating life-changing outcomes through the work we do with our clients, giving back to our communities, while creating a company culture where our people thrive. We believe success starts with a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

Being part of a collaborative team means there's no limit to what you can achieve. With us, you can be a part of a growing company you want to work for.

Our Vision: To unleash the power of combined intelligence to accelerate patient access to life-changing treatments.

Our Mission: Delivering smarter and faster solutions to create, communicate, and commercialize value for our clients.

Our Values: Excellence, People, Growth

The opportunity

As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be a core partner in Envision Pharma's corporate finance operations, owning recurring management reporting, variance analysis, and executive decks that keep leadership informed and accountable. You will work side-by-side with our Finance Transformation Analyst to turn our modernized data stack into sharper business insight: using automated pipelines, live dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to spend less time pulling numbers and more time explaining them. This role sits at the intersection of traditional FP&A craft and the next generation of finance tooling. We expect candidates to bring strong financial judgment and the curiosity to put new tools to work.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role responsibilities

  • Own preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly management reporting packages to executive leadership, including the CFO and business unit heads.
  • Drive monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, investigate drivers, partner with business owners on commentary, and surface risks and opportunities for leadership.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles in Workday Adaptive Planning, model assumptions, maintain driver-based templates, and consolidate submissions across business units.
  • Build and maintain executive-ready PowerPoint decks and Power BI dashboards that translate numbers into a clear narrative for the CFO and senior leadership.
  • Partner with accounting during monthly close to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with actuals, including tie-outs between NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.
  • Partner with the Finance Transformation Analyst to define, validate, and operationalize automated reporting and semantic data models. You are the finance subject matter expert who ensures outputs are accurate and decision-useful.
  • Leverage AI tooling (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate model build, recurring reporting, variance commentary, draft narrative, and ad hoc analysis. We expect this role to be an early, hands-on adopter rather than a passive user.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Some experience of FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience, ideally in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable building and maintaining driver-based financial models.
  • Working proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) and comfort structuring executive-ready PowerPoint decks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, ability to distil numbers into a clear story for non-finance executives.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning + Office Connect/Anaplan
  • Working knowledge of SQL, enough to pull and sanity-check data independently
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to finance workflows for variance commentary, reconciliation, or narrative drafting
  • Familiarity with pharma services, professional services, or life sciences industries

Competencies

  • Turns numbers into a story: can look at a variance and articulate what it means for the business, not just that it exists.
  • Financial judgment: knows when a result needs investigating versus explaining away, and what questions to ask.
  • Curious about tooling: willing to learn and use new data and AI tools rather than default to Excel for everything.
  • Detail-oriented under pressure: weekly and monthly deadlines are non-negotiable, and accuracy matters.

Interview Process

Candidates may be asked to complete a short case study as part of the selection process, covering variance analysis, executive communication, and structured problem solving. Bringing prior work examples, slide deck excerpts, model samples, or dashboards you've built is strongly encouraged.
