The opportunity 

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Two Labs team and support our mission to improve patient access and product success.

Are you passionate about improving patient access and working at the intersection of healthcare and technology? As an EHRx Specialist at Two Labs, an Envision Pharma Group company, you'll play a key role in helping ensure new pharmaceutical products are visible and accessible within Electronic Health Record (EHR) and e-prescribing (eRx) systems. In this entry-level, field-facing role, you'll connect with healthcare provider offices, support sales teams, and troubleshoot eRx access issues—making a real impact on patients' ability to receive the medications they need. If you're a clear communicator, natural problem-solver, and eager to grow in the healthcare industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideal candidates will be able to commute to our Dublin, Ohio office (Two Labs, 6620 Mooney Street, Suite 340, Dublin, OH 43017, USA) at least one day per week.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Issue Resolution [90% of time] 
    o    Intakes issues utilizing custom case management system
    o    Investigates appropriate method of resolving issues 
    o    Provides instruction to practice managers to ensure products are properly listed
    o    Communicates outcomes directly with medical practice and client's sales representative
    o    Maintains detailed records in case management system
  • Operations Support [10% of time]     
    o    Provides training to clients' sales representatives
    o    Conduct surveys to top EMR providers regarding product availability
    o    Conduct pre-emptive call programs to Health Care Providers to obtain key EMR specific information
    o    Generate reports and maintain various records in Salesforce client relationship management system
    o    Preparation of reporting metrics for distribution to clients

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

  • 3+ years help desk / customer service or similar experience
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office required; Salesforce desired
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • The candidate must be able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Triaging in-bound/out-bound issue resolution requests in a timely manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Other project management tool experience desired (I.E. SalesForce)
  • Required to work in-office at least 1 time per week with additional days with advanced notice of events.
  • Ability to travel (5% - 8% annually or 5-10 nights per year)

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
