The opportunity

As an Analyst, Corporate FP&A and Business Analytics, you will be a core partner in Envision Pharma's corporate finance, owning recurring management reporting, financial modeling that keep leadership informed and accountable. You will turn our modernized data stack into sharper business insight: using automated pipelines, live dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to spend less time pulling numbers and more time explaining them. This role sits at the intersection of traditional FP&A craft and the next generation of finance infrastructure. We expect candidates to bring strong financial judgment and the curiosity to put new tools to work.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role responsibilities

  • Own preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly management reporting packages, executive PowerPoint decks, and Power BI dashboards for the CFO and business unit heads, translating numbers into a clear narrative.
  • Define, validate, and operationalize automated reporting and semantic data models across DataRails, the data warehouse, and Power BI. You are the finance subject matter expert who ensures outputs are accurate and decision-useful.
  • Leverage AI tooling (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate model building, recurring reporting, variance commentary, draft narrative, and ad hoc analysis. Be an early, hands-on adopter rather than a passive user.
  • Drive monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, investigate drivers, partner with business owners on commentary, and surface risks and opportunities for leadership.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles in Workday Adaptive Planning, model assumptions, maintain driver-based templates, and consolidate submissions across business units.
  • Prepare and tie out board and lender reporting packs, ensuring consistency with management reporting.
  • Partner with accounting during monthly close to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with actuals, including tie-outs between NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.
  • Assess and document existing reporting and planning processes to identify improvement opportunities, and act as liaison with other departments when system updates are implemented or new data sources are integrated.
  • Track deliverables and timelines for finance systems and reporting initiatives, flagging risks to delivery early.
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests and KPI development across Sales, Accounting, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders, pulling, cleaning, quality-checking, and presenting data from disparate sources as needed.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable building and maintaining driver-based financial models.
  • Working proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) and comfort structuring executive-ready PowerPoint decks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, ability to distil numbers into a clear story for non-finance executives.
  • Exposure to ERP and planning systems (NetSuite, OpenAir, Workday Adaptive Planning, DataRails, Salesforce, Captivate IQ, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with financial planning systems (e.g. Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Datarails) .
  • Working knowledge of SQL for quick data pulls and sanity checks.
