The opportunity

Our team advises a wide variety of pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout the United States on Government Programs (“GP”) Pricing, Compliance, rebate adjudication, and various other critical operational and strategic initiatives.

Riparian is seeking a GP Consulting Manager to join our team. As a Consulting Manager on our team, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment to create insights and value for clients. 

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities  

• Assisting clients with managing and effectuating the requirements of the U.S. government programs.
• Assessing and quantifying the financial impact of methodology and/or data changes and performing pricing restatements.
• Interpreting and analyzing large datasets to develop analytics / solutions to support business needs.
• Preparing analysis, presentations, and assessment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Assisting with automation and implementation of new processes to support GP calculations.
• Assisting with system implementation matters including collection and documentation of business and functional requirements.
• Oversee and manage the completion of client work in accordance with established budgets, work plans, quality standards, and time frames.
• Support business development opportunities through client relationships, proposals and thought leadership.
• Maintain current knowledge of government program compliance requirements in order to provide consultation to clients.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/ Finance, Business Administration or Technology related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of GP compliance requirements and regulations.
• Deep understanding of methodological considerations, calculation mechanics and reporting protocols for Average Manufacturer Price, Best Price, Average Sales Price, Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price, Unit Rebate Amount and 340B Pricing.
• Demonstrated experience working with large data sets or proficiency with data tools such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel.
• Understanding of life sciences contracting, between Life Science manufacturers and Wholesalers, Managed Care Organizations and Group Purchasing Organizations.
• Willingness to travel.

Salary range: $125,590 - $163,268

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
