The opportunity 

The Consulting Analyst, Business Process Resourcing supports the effective delivery of client accounts by coordinating resources, maintaining accurate project tracking, and ensuring adherence to established processes and compliance standards. The role involves monitoring timelines, identifying and escalating delivery risks, and tracking team and client action items through to completion. The analyst builds working knowledge of internal platforms and technologies, supports business planning and contracting activities, and contributes to process improvements through data entry, auditing, and reporting. In addition, the role supports client engagement by preparing meeting materials and liaising on service delivery, while continuously developing technical, industry, and professional skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What will you be doing? 

Role responsibilities 

• Develops and maintains account-specific project tracking information for use by internal team – monitoring adherence to timelines and identifying project delivery issues, escalating these as appropriate
• Uses Envision Pharma Group technology tools to maintain project records and ensure that each client's working practices are being followed rigorously and in a compliant manner
• Develops working knowledge of the iEnvision® platform
• Undertakes on-the-job learning of new technology and industry information
• Works on problems of limited scope, following standard practices and procedures
• Learns to use professional concepts, applying company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
• Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying work process improvements
• Tracks team and client action items through to completion
• Helps to manage annual business planning, SOW development, and contracting for accounts with support from senior team members and the Finance team
• Develops client meeting agendas, materials (slides or other documents), and minutes
• Data entry and audit, upload of materials and/or reporting
• Travels as needed to client meetings, industry conferences, and other Envision Pharma Group locations, as required
• Uses Envision Technology Solutions technology tools to maintain project records and ensures that each client's working practices are being followed rigorously and in a compliant manner
• Liaises with client on service delivery as appropriate
  

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

• Education level: Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in a client-facing project or account role in a medical communications or similar agency environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Envision Pharma Group software tools or other tracking tools would be a bonus

Salary range (for US roles only) - $58,000 - $65,000

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
