The opportunity 

We are looking for a Configuration Analyst I to provide consistent, timely, and high-quality configuration work for our software solutions. You will contribute to client satisfaction by reviewing requirements, suggesting improvements, and implementing client-specific configurations while adhering to best practices.

This role offers the chance to work closely with internal teams, participate in project deployments, and ensure that our solutions run smoothly and effectively.

**The required working hours are from 14:30–22:30 Central European Time (CET).**

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Create and customize scalable web applications following software development lifecycles and project timelines.
  • Conduct unit testing and verify functionality to ensure quality.
  • Participate in planning and execution of deployments, patch releases, and system upgrades.
  • Test and remediate configuration bundles and execute deployment instructions across environments.
  • Advise and support internal teams on production configuration issues, providing high-quality issue resolution.
  • Implement data integrity practices for historical data conversions.
  • Serve as the configuration advisor for assigned projects to ensure expected deliverables are met.
  • Monitor logs to identify errors and perform remediation.
  • Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned. 

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree in a technology-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using programming languages such as SQL, XML, HTML, or CSS.
  • Working knowledge of object-oriented languages and software development lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of software deployments and release management processes.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a globally distributed team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and basic computer troubleshooting. 
  • C1-level English (written and verbal) required to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
