The opportunity 

Join our growing Finance team as a Business Finance Analyst and play a key role in driving financial insight and efficiency. Working closely with the wider finance team and key business stakeholders, you will support accurate project setup, billing, forecasting and reporting to improve financial performance.

This is a hybrid working opportunity from either Budapest or Szeged, Hungary. 

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

Financial Operations

• Support new project setup and billing rule configuration in financial systems in line with Group policies
• Upload, validate, and maintain accuracy of project budgets, forecasts, and change orders
• Assist with weekly timesheet compliance and assignment of timekeeping tasks
• Support monthly revenue recognition and collaborate with Finance/Controllership to reconcile and validate month-end results
• Ensure high data quality and integrity across financial systems

Data Insight and Analysis

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Provide actionable insights to enhance financial performance and process efficiency

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support enhancements to financial forecasting
• Drive accuracy and efficiency in financial operations and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
• Ideally some prior professional work experience in project accounting or financial analysis
• Comfortable working with financial systems and data, with strong Excel skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Effective communicator in English, able to work collaboratively across global team
• A team player who brings initiative, ownership, and a drive for continuous improvement
