The opportunity 

As a Business Analyst III on our Technology team, you will lead complex business analysis efforts across multiple projects and serve as a strategic partner to product, delivery, and other business teams. You will be responsible for translating high-level business needs into detailed requirements, presenting data insights to senior stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts. Your ability to drive clarity, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively will be critical to the success of cross-functional initiatives.

Role responsibilities 

• Lead high-level requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive the development and prioritization of user stories and product backlogs.
• Present data insights to product managers and executives, clearly articulating business value, risks, and trade-offs.
• Ensure alignment of business goals with technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of IT and product initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Promote best practices in documentation, stakeholder communication, and Agile delivery.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a software company.
• Experience working in Jira and PowerBI or Tableau required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint required.
