The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our Envision Medical Communications team and make a significant impact on our client solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills while contributing to successful project and program delivery for our clients. 

As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be a key part of our account team, providing administrative, organisational and project coordination support.

For UK based candidates, this is a hybrid working role from either our Battersea or Wilmslow office.

Role responsibilities

  • Project Management and Delivery: Support the preparation of project timelines, maintain project tracking information, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in preparing materials for client-specific systems, respond to queries, and provide project assets to external organizations or suppliers.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Information Management: Undertake information retrieval and evaluation and manage documents according to company policies.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

  • Some prior experience in a project administration or coordination role would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with a high level of attention.
  • An eagerness to learn, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
