The opportunity 

Are you a strategic thinker passionate about turning data into meaningful business impact? At Envision Pharma Group, our BAIS team partners closely with the Commercial Office to shape business strategy, drive smarter decisions, and enhance sales performance.

We focus on three critical questions:

  • Who do we sell to?

  • What do we sell?

  • How do we make money?

As a strategic partner to commercial leaders, finance, and technology, you'll support high-impact initiatives that fuel company growth. You'll lead planning, analysis, and execution efforts that influence executive decisions and help Envision exceed its goals.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Create, build and maintain models, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and goal attainment, ensuring transparency and strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage primary/secondary research, competitive intelligence tools, and industry insights to develop solutions that address client needs and drive business growth.
  • Analyze target accounts, generate insights, and create strategies to support business development efforts and expand EPG's client portfolio.
  • Provide data-driven guidance to the Global Commercial Business Development team, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth research on companies, therapeutic areas, competitor strategies, and industry trends to support commercial strategy and business planning.
  • Manage strategic account planning and annual business development plans for key clients, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Research, plan, and facilitate opportunities to enhance market presence and client relationships.
  • Support CRM strategy, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to improve accuracy and drive informed decision-making.
  • Assist in crafting compelling proposals and pitch decks for business development executives and leadership.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise  

  • Experience in an analytical role (e.g., management consulting, market research) within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven solutions and apply structured problem-solving methodologies in a consulting or advisory setting.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs and analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in management consulting or client-facing roles is - highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard data sources such as EvaluatePharma, GlobalData, and Rx data sets.

This great role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities who can drive insights and influence decision-making.

Salary range (for US roles only) - $75,000 - $85,000

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
