The opportunity 

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Two Labs team and support our mission to improve patient access and product success.

We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator who brings a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a drive to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment. This role is key to ensuring our teams stay aligned and on track—managing priorities, coordinating projects, and maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, navigating Excel with confidence (including using and maintaining formulas), and utilizing Salesforce and other productivity tools to support day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will be located in California's Calaveras County or surrounding area.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Tracking and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Creation, modification and updates to Power Point presentations.
  • Participates in Team meetings to capture, share, and track action items.
  • Contributes to, edits and/or refines important documents and presentations.
  • Creates and maintains project plans, timelines and checklists; organizes and maintains project files.
  • Schedule numerous internal and external meetings and conference calls, including client-facing meetings.
  • Maintains internal group calendar.
  • Spreadsheet tracking and QC using Excel/formulas.
  • Coordinates conference travel, registration and booking hotel(s).
  • Prioritizes confidentiality as it relates to internal/external sensitive information.
  • Maintains records in client relationship management software (Salesforce), and shared file management in content management system (SharePoint). 

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required .
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or EMR industry preferred.
  • Excellent technical, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively respond to the needs of the business unit leader in a deadline driven environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills (i.e. mail merge, pivot, summaries, tracking, etc.) in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
  • Able to build strong, positive relationships with clients and other external stakeholders.
  • Ability and confidence to identify ways in which processes can potentially be streamlined. 

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
