The opportunity 

The Account Manager will sit in our PharmaLicense team within Two Labs. The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities. They serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing solutions to meet their business objectives. Account Managers also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and monitor account performance. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Provide a single point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Assist clients with overall communication objectives and the healthcare market in which they operate.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify additional products and services which can best meet the clients' needs.
  • Provide detailed information to team to ensure a thorough knowledge of client.
  • Maintain oversight of client related projects to ensure completion based on established timelines and budget.
  • Review the content of all deliverables to ensure client acceptance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues, engaging other internal teams as necessary to resolve.
  • Support the financial management of assigned clients based on established processes and regulations.
  • Provide information for monthly account forecasting and participate in planning activities.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned clients and participate in other divisional business development activities.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of client or account management experience required.
  • Experience managing complex projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial management and account management practices.

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
