The opportunity 

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our Two Labs team and support our mission to improve patient access and product success.

Are you a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences? As an EHRx Account Manager at Two Labs, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients, guiding them through the EHRx workstream to help ensure their products are visible and accessible in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and e-prescribing (eRx) systems. You'll collaborate with internal teams, address client needs, and develop strategies to support business goals. Ideal candidates will be based in Northern California or be able to commute to our Dublin, Ohio office one day a week.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? 

Role responsibilities 

  • Manage all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturer's EHRx engagement to facilitate product visibility and e-prescribing availability at product launch.
  • Develops, nurtures, and maintains strong client relationships; researches and resolves client and/or internal issues of concern, identifies root cause and escalates as needed; coaches and counsels client representatives.
  • Creates, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, timelines and checklists; organizes and maintains project files.
  • Creates and manages agendas and follow-up action plans; schedules and conducts project kick-off meetings and routine project check-in calls; prepares reports and status communications for client.
  • Communicates with and engages internal subject matter experts as needed, such as compendia strategy, distribution strategy, licensing, etc.
  • Facilitates kickoff and implementation calls.
  • Drafts, completes, and submits required forms and documents applicable to engagement while offering guidance on the different platforms and potential barriers.
  • Develops customer presentations and communicates to various audiences in writing and verbally.
  • Create and lead Client Training sessions, virtually or in-person.
  • Coordinates with client internal workstreams such as IT, Legal Review Committees, etc. to ensure set up and approvals of process and documents are completed.
  • Assists in development of launch materials and communications as needed.
  • Facilitates communications, development requests and implementation of proprietary App for clients in addition to managing relationship with vendor.
  • Gathers required Compendia forms, coordinating with SMEs as needed.
  • Creates and manages a personal task tracking system, Agenda's, Post call notes and follow up for each client account you are managing.
  • Gathers relevant information from client and other sources to customize internal and vendor facing materials.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data reports to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Produce detailed weekly and project close out reports for each client. 
  • Provide information for weekly / monthly account forecasting and participate in planning activities related to client billing

Do you have what we are looking for? 

Skills & expertise 

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience demonstrating capacity to perform the required work in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • 5+ years of experience within pharmaceutical and/or marketing services industries 
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the EHR platforms and their integrations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Other project management tool experience desired (I.E. SmartSheets)
  • Speaking in front of large groups of individuals in a clear, concise manner in a training type environment is a requirement for this position. 
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of account management best practices.
  • Ability to track data across enterprise wide platforms, including Salesforce, Open Air and SharePoint. 

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
