The opportunity
The Senior Analyst / Project Manager (Hybrid A/PM) bridges the gap between data insights, business needs, and project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

Role responsibilities
Analysis & Requirements
• Map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain financial and operational models in Excel to support business decision-making
• Translate complex data and user needs into clear, functional requirements
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation
Project Execution
• Manage multiple concurrent projects of moderate to high complexity, working independently with limited supervision
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Track budgets, resources, and deliverable timelines to ensure projects remain on time and within budget
• Support coordination of project team priorities
• Highlight operational issues and support their resolution
Communication & Governance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project logs
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including senior management audiences, distilling detailed analysis into clear recommendations
• Provide informal coaching and peer review of work for junior team members (no formal direct reports)
